The reason why the AHT shows error is that the AHT cannot read the particular information from a brand new JetDrive.
Before starting AHT, you have to make sure that your Mac notebook is connected to AC Power and all external devices are disconnected.
Then, format your JetDrive by using Disk Utility or follow the step-by-step JetDrive Installation Guide to install the JetDrive.
